Abstract: Questions/answers about oxalate metabolism, patient dietary guidelines, and food reference tables comprise the scope of this booklet. Low, moderate, and high oxalate-containing foods are presented in the context of the food groups, followed by sample menus and listing of foods to consume. Oxalate amounts per 100 gram portions are given for a wide variety of foods. A bibliography is includes.
