S. 1894 to amend the Clean Air Act to establish new requirements for areas that have not yet attained health-protective ambient air quality standards, to provide new deadlines for such attainment, to delay the imposition of sanctions, to better protect against interstate transport of pollutants, to control existing and new sources of acid deposition, and for other purposes.
